Charlotte Elizabeth Interiors had the pleasure of collaborating again with 100 Sydney Street's Prime London Property Developer to transform their latest exclusive suite into an exquisite apartment. 

The space required meticulous planning and dressing to prepare the three bedroom apartment for the affluent residential market. The brief was to create a sophisticated, and enduring interior scheme which drew on the high quality finishes running throughout the development whilst also offering a different aesthetic to the other previously completed apartments.

Iconic pieces were used to enhance the exclusivity of the residence and embrace the local surroundings. A neutral colour palette was used throughout, with highlights of colour integrated through a collection of artwork and bespoke soft furnishings aimed at keeping a serene calmness.

This also carried through into the inclusion of nature throughout the apartment, starting with the large terrace adjoining the kitchen. The use of natural trees and plants added a holistic element to the apartment which is further connected with The Chelsea Gardener across the road and the rustic chic Farmers Market, providing it's nearby residences with an abundance of organic produce.
