The studio was instructed to design a second show apartment for a luxury developer in the heart of Chelsea at 100 Sydney Street. The space required interior decorating to prepare for the release onto the sales market. Charlotte-Elizabeth and her team provided a fully tailored service including the provision of artwork, accessories and dressing to create a full turnkey solution and to bring the space to life.

The apartment emulates a tasteful balance between chic and rustic touches, "the combination of thickly woven jute rugs, rustic hand printed linens and weathered furniture sourced and imported specifically for this project offer a dramatic contrast with the more refined finishes; the shagreen side tables, bespoke dark bronze hardware and back lite joinery adorned with accessories and specially chosen books creates a juxtaposition of finishes, which is paramount to us when initially creating our schemes. By layering textures and materials we are able to create a calming and sophisticated aesthetic that has its own distinctive character."

The studio's respect for context and tradition is underpinned throughout the show apartment and culminates in an environment that enriches lifestyles through the use of craftsmanship, palette, materials and textures.
