Situated in the heart of Chelsea, Charlotte Elizabeth Interiors were tasked with creating a sophisticated and calming show apartment for a luxury, boutique development - 100 Sydney Street. 

The space required interior decorating to prepare for the release onto the sales market. Our studio’s tailored service included the provision of artwork, accessories and dressing to create a full turnkey solution.  

The concept for the apartment was focused on a neutral palette, fine detailing and building up the materials, textures and colour tones

The addition of sumptuous velvets, silks, hand painted wall coverings and specialist finishes, such as, selenite table lamps and intricate inlays in bronze, or specialist stones elevates the scheme and creates a subtle luxury.”

The scheme achieves a sense of calmness by using simple and beautiful furniture pieces, accentuated by the natural light of the space and pops of colour via carefully curated finishes. Offering an elegant and subtle design scheme for the client, through meticulous material selection and the use of soft tactile fabrics.
